We have the joy to have been teaching for 23 years in different countries and cities across the Americas and Asia. What we love the most about teaching is to be able to impact each person's life positively, no matter their age or fitness level.

Our goal as teachers is to help you find your own path to connect, heal, strengthen, and revitalise your body and energy. Based in Hong Kong, we love to incorporate a variety of practices of Movement, Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Yoga/ Suspension Fitness, Ballet/Dance, Gymnastics/Acro, Handbalancing and diverse Therapies and Props to enhance each student's practice and meet each person's wellness needs. For your convenience, we also offer online coaching during your travels or quarantine periods.

Yoga Basics
The Foundations of feeling good
This is a class that is specially designed for people who are new to Yoga, or who have stopped practicing for a long period of time.
With constant practice, this class will help you build up the foundation of a healthy and balanced body, good energy flow and overall wellness.

Harmonize and Revitalise
This class is a dynamic practice in which the emphasis is made on the connection of breath and movement, prioritising basic, foundational and healing asanas.

Be Balance Yoga
Tailor made mixed practice
This is an all-in-one class. Starting with restorative and therapeutical practices such as Pranayama and miofascial release, continued with core activation and Pilates sequence, and finished with Yoga Asanas and stretching. Although it typically would be a longer practice, either 90 min or 2 hours, it can be personalised and tailored for your needs and level of fitness.

Vinyasa
Open and Flow
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Asana practice, that focuses on building connection between the asana practice and the breath, offering the opportunity to increase the focus and meditative state.

Power Vinyasa
Inversions and arm balances
This Vinyasa practice is focused on building strength, stamina through the coordination of breath and movement, with an emphasis on inversions (Headstand, Handstand, Shoulderstand) and arm balances.

Handbalancing
Flow with Props
A full step by step introduction to handstands, involving a full body strengthening and mobility workout, focused on giving you a safe and progressive approach to the art of handbalancing.

Mat Pilates
Support for your spine
Pilates Technique builds up body and specially deeper core muscles (pelvic floor and the transversus abdominis) strength. It increases the understanding on how to articulate your spine, and thus, increase your mobility. Also, helps build the agility to isolate your limb's movement from the torso and hips, typically progressing in the ability to perform more complex and advanced movements over time, and resulting in a greater awareness, suppleness and balance.

Pilates with Props
Strength, Coordination and Balance
Blocks, Elastic bands, Swiss balls, Fit Balls, Yoga Wheels, Magic Circle and the Wall are some of the props that we will be including in this class. Including props in your Pilates practice can help you in different ways. For instance, you can make a practice easier or more advanced, depending on the use to give to each prop. Each one of them has a specific way to be used to get the best out of it and to target your wellness needs.

Aerial Yoga
Decompress your spine
Learn to use the hammock to restore space in your joints, decompress your spine, increase overall strength, improve your inversions.
In a more advanced practice, increase your upper body strength, learn to move with grace, and get ready to fly.

Rising Phoenix
Aerial Flow
Once you have built your trust with the hammock, you will be wanting to explore the Aerial fun and rewarding experience that comes from performing flips, tricks, and beautiful Aerial Dance sequences.
If you love to fly, this is your practice.
This class is available only for regular practitioners of Aerial Yoga, who have already learned the basics of the hammock and have a more advanced level of strength and flexibility.

Alignment
Move with ease
Based on Alexander Technique, this class allows you to deepen and refine your practice. You will first start to note those patterns of movement that are working against your ability to move with more ease. Then comes a process of un-learning these habits, and finally, incorporate new helpful movement connection. It has been proved helpful to release excess of tension and stress, to heal certain illnesses and constant discomforts. This is a class to increase body awareness, physical intelligence and restore energy flow through the exploration of basic movements and subtle alignment.

Breathe, Create, Release
Experience the healing power of Pranayama and Meditation. Learn to give yourself a myofascial release to soothe and restore your whole body, or as a preparation or cool down.

Ballet is an art that has inspired generations of movement artists for nearly 500 years. The practice of Ballet develops symmetry, beauty, harmony, flexibility, agility, wellness and has been a proven method to restore youthfulness, brain function and happiness.
A Ballet Barre can be designed to meet your needs, get an introduction of this timeless art, organise your movement,and feel younger, stronger, and inspired. We will finish this class with stretches specially useful to this form of Art.
